Release to Rise
Release to Rise is a guided journey designed to help you let go of what is holding you back and reconnect with the life you are ready to step into.
Based on Key 2 from my book Open the Door to a New You, this course combines reflection, practical exercises and gentle guidance to support you through the process of release and renewal.
Throughout the course, you’ll be invited to pause, reflect and explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences in a safe and supportive way. There are no right or wrong answers, just space for honesty, clarity and personal insight.
